Mark your calendars! The Birch Island Maple Syrup Workshop has gone virtual. This annual workshop is geared toward First Nations producers and will feature talks on transitioning from buckets to lines, forest management, funding opportunities, food safety/labeling practices and an LDD moth (previously gypsy moth) update.
